Or Maybe Siliga was just better for the role you both were filling. I agree Kelly is the better all around player but as a run stuffing DT Siliga is probably better.

I think he thought he would see very few reps. *IF* his plans are to play beyond this year, then he wants to be on the field a lot and not a specialist on certain downs, and cash in for next year's contract. He plays here, I imagine he would not see much interest when he would been a role player.
This would make more sense to me if he hadn't taken the same contract minus the incentives in Arizona and if the Cardinals hadn't left him on the sideline for 58% of their snaps last week.
Also doesn't help the Pats side of the argument when they trade Mankins, the OL looks like swiss cheese, and they have yet to do anything with the cap savings.
