Brady doesn't have bottom 10% armstrength.
The Problem is we don't have deep threats. They rarely get open deep, and they can't track the ball. Deep routes aren't like short timing routes. When the QB releases the ball the receiver is 20 yards from where the ball will land. Taking the right angle to that landing spot is a skill deep threats have. Whether the ball lands on one shoulder or the other is completely up to the receiver.
Short, tall, fast, slow or anything else, the common denominator for deep players is that ability to track and get under the ball. There's probably 100 guys in the NFL with nearly identical size and speed to Mike Wallace, Cobb, Nelson, D. Jackson, etc., it's not athleticism that sets them apart except for a few freaks like C. Johnson.
The only guy who could possibly make catches like Wilson's receivers had in that game is Gronk.
