Pretty much everything about the NFLN sucks and nothing is worse than their AM show.

I just want to get the games. They do replay games and have classic games as well. I will enjoy those

Yup the Football content is good, NFL films stuff or course. Most of the talking head shows I can do without but they do have a few good football guys.

Understood about getting the games. Their qualifications for a classic game seems to be big game in which the Pats lose to a Manning.

We have NFLN here in NY on cable. Now if we can a pkg like direct tv for games that would be cool.

Directv pays a lot of money for those exclusive rights, so no one else will ever be able to have a package like that. Unless of course Directv does not continue to renew their rights every 7-10 yrs, although they have now for quite awhile and will likely to do so. It brings in millions of dollars in new subscribers for them every single yr.

If you're able to get Directv (some can't due to treelines or rules where they live in apts/condos etc) then I would do that. It's definitely worth it by far.

For now, the RedZone channel is the closest anyone can come to showing a multiple game highlight package, so that will have to tide you over.

Would like to see the balance sheet for the NFL, everything they touch turns into another revenue stream...

One might think that they could settle with the refs...
