Most all of this madness and civil liberty bullsh-t is brought on by my favorite GRIPE "left wing liberal politically correct insanity"

How long will it be before they start Hiring Blind Bus Drivers and Mentally Retarded airline pilots.

Nope blame this one on Old man Bush (GHWB) when he signed the Americans with Disability Act which spawned a cottage industry of people suing restaurants form not having the proper height on a grip bar or the correct angulation on a ramp. There are lawyers in California who make a living extorting restaurants. The legislation, while nobly intended was so poorly written it actually gives the blind the right to possess guns if read literally.

Why would anyone even want to carry a gun they couldn't see? The odds of accidentally hurting yourself would be far higher than would the odds of intentionally hurting anyone else, wouldn't they?
