....do you recall back to the two week break leading up to Super Bowl XLII?


One could argue that in the winter of 2008 we lost TWO Super Bowls. Obviously we lost to the Giants, but those weeks were dominated by news of spygate scandal in which the Patriots trainer claimed to have video footage of the Rams' practice. That basically dominated the headlines leading up to the game.

I'm glad that so far all the talk has been about the game. It's something that can easily be taken for granted, but I"m sure all us Pats fans can appreciate it though.
