That's what I did with my daughter. She loves the Ty Law jersey I got her last year. Of course, this might not be the best path if you are older than 8 or so.

If you want to support the team by wearing the uniform of someone who's going to be around a while, I suggest a blue blazer, dress shirt with white collar and a snazzy tie, because Bob Kraft is your safest bet.
And you'd have an outfit for weddings, barmitzfahs, job interviews etc
I'm not sure about the contrasting collar for job interviews, though. Is there much call for David Steel impersonators these days?
You want team spirit, get a Harrison or T.Brown or Bruschi jersey (I love Brady's toughness, but his jersey is worn by too many desperate housewives, thank you very much). If and when Moss signs longer term, you can think about getting his shirt.
