If you've decided who the "victim" is you've already decided the case.
Wow. That is an alarmingly narrow-minded statement. In doing an investigation where if the case is true, the victim is unlikely to be a reliable witness due to fear (of her life, of her image, of what will come of her life), you separate the likely victim from the accused. This is not a particularly difficult concept to understand, even where there isn't video evidence of an unconscious body being dragged from an elevator by the suspect. Frankly, I'm baffled why you would even post this. Are you being deliberately ignorant of the context of the discussion to make some point that escapes most of us?
