This thought experiment is just for fun as we await the Berminator to decree:

So if you were Tom Brady and the NYJFL offered you the following settlement, WOULD YOU ACCEPT?

1. 3-game suspension.
2. Admission of only "failure to make myself aware of a POSSIBLE scheme to intentionally deflate footballs or not take them directly to the field."
3. Go-to-hell, Kensil, and Pash must resign within 30 days.
4. Patriots draft picks are reinstated.

Do you take one for the team (and 'the 32'[to improve the whole league]) or fight for your personal legacy?

Granted that we're acknowledging this will never happen and makes no sense on any level? Yeah, I'd probably take it. Wouldn't be happy about it, but knowing that I took down Goodell, Pash and Kensil would make it worth it.

Only if it comes with immortality, and his body never ages so he can play QB for the Patriots forever, and the Goodell, Pash and Kensil are sentenced to be his butler, shoeshiner, and pool cleaner.

I take offense to the use of goodell, pash, and kensil in the same sentence as Butler.

no. because that offer would have never been made.

Goodell is trying to hamstring a team that has been dominating the league.

Lighten up Francis.
