then the unending desire to go postal
It goes on to say
and calls the story of Study 15 a case study in how drug companies can control their own publicly availalble research for it's own convenience.
Makes one wonder how many other "new" drugs got the same treatment.
actually, the only real side-effect of the drug is to lie on the couch and watch TV...........with boxes of ring dings
I thought that was pot Either way it's hard to prop the practice of pharmaceutical companies manipulating the public release of their research findings. Considering the numbers of Rx- medicated people in this country this news should probably concern some of those people, especially the Iraq/Afghan vets who reportedly are so medicated it's just creepy.
This was about one of the soldiers who committed suicide. Democracy Now! | US Military Suicides at Record High; Report Finds Most Deaths at Single Colorado Base Were Preventable
got a bad back? Prozac. got a headache? Prozac. got impotence? Prozac and Viagra. got a thought upstairs? Prozac. got a cut? Prozac.
The side effects are BAD...
Like mass shootings.
I'm not quite sure what the question was.............
but I know the answer is alcohol
Scary how we scold those who take a toke and throw them in jail...
Scary how we tote religious values in our electoral process and in the home, and yet pop a pill box created by science with letters for each day of the week.
Scary how big Pharm makes a mind altering drug, and its all good....someone smokes a joint, and peeps freak.
This is Bizzaro-land
who is freaking out a smoking a joint?
but if they are, use a bong instead........
They cannot patent herbs. Bottom line.
society, and laws....thats who is freaked.
better yet, Dupont Chemicals and William Randolph Hearst...and people nowadays who still believe the BS they spewed to make a buck.
Its strange to me, that the same lawmakers crying about wanting to have Jesus in the classroom, are also accepting money from pharm.... Thats how f-ed up we are as a representative nation.
It's inhumane. And TV is almost as culpable; how many drug ads do you see in an hour? These commercials are beyond mind-manipulation too. They show a girl horsebackriding on the beach while they list off all the horrible side effects like coma, death, twitches that could become permanent, etcetc
All perfectly legal, of course.
I think it was CNN who talked about how, due to the economy, more and more Americans can't sleep/have trouble falling asleep and are increasingly taking a prescription medication to help them. Look what Ambien did to McCain-messed him up royally for quite some time. He was driving to work in the middle of the night, slurring his words...in total disconnect. Nasty.
I wonder if Monsanto is trying to GMO mary jane seeds... THEN they could patent them.
Exactly, HD, exactly.
I urge you to do a Google search on Edward Bernays+propaganda.
It's crazy s h i t ... and 100% true.
People have become so immoral in the truest sense of the word, meaning no ethics, no concern for people's well-being at all. Corruption is so pervasive in this country it's beyond any kind of humanity. I get the whole profit thing and I agree with it, but there's a line that's so totally been crossed in our society that you have to wonder how you pull these people back from where they are in their lives, or if you even can.
How do you make someone who's making so much money they can't even spend it all, just stop doing it because they've crossed that line and simply just gone too far. These people are soul less.
So we do we start putting tens of, to hundreds of thousands of school children on this ****? That gubmit run indoctrinization camp will gladly recommend them so that all will OBEY.
ADHD Drugs: Hallucinations Not Uncommon
I wish I knew the exact number of kids in my grade school/middle school classes diagnosed with some form of ADD/ADHD and taking Ritalin or another similar drug, all I know is there were a lot.
