    This is EXACTLY why America's most vibrant and free-spirited times were when there were ten or twenty newspapers in every city, each one holding some piece of the puzzle called life.

    Today's monopolistic empires of news and information is creeping ever closer to the totalitarian media of the Soviet Union, China, Cuba, North Korea, etc. We need MORE newspapers, not fewer. We need MORE TV networks, not fewer. We need MORE freedom of speech, not less.

    Only then can the truth emerge.
