I am SICK of all the BS surrounding the Jets this season. They are a TERRIBLE team with the best luck in the history of the league. They keep playing like **** to terrible teams but manage to play slightly less terrible in the end. And yet they are still the media darlings even though they keep eeking out wins against "elite powerhouses" such as the Lions and Texans. Sanchez sucks and needs to be knocked down 10 pegs.

No more pu.ssyfooting around. The Jets NEED to go down. Since we have no excuses about how we can't look too far ahead we can finally focus on them. I want the Jets to pay so badly.

The Jets aren't terrible. However, they're nowhere near as good as the media keeps trying to make them out to be. I would be thrilled if we destroy them. Absolutely thrilled. But I'd be happy with a three point win as well. Winner of this game seizes control of the division and the AFC.

Are they terrible? No. But Sanchez is not a good QB and their O is really bad. If Marvin Lewis new what a challenge flag was this game would be different. Their D is not as good as it was last year the numbers bare that out and on Sunday next week that should all come to the head

You're absolutely right. We are not that good. Neither is any team this year. The winner of the SB will by definition be lucky. We're an edge rusher, and two linemen away from great. Ok, maybe an outside LB

Cincy is terrible. The offense is so unimaginative. The coaching is horrendous. how can they not challenge that so called touch on the punt? Marvin Lewis needs to go and I don't think much of Carson, not much of a leader, that teams needs direction.

The jets pass rush isn't like last year.

Hell, most of teams they play don't even fear the pass rush any more.

Marvin Lewis doesn't even know how to scratch his own ******* ass correctly. If I was stabbed in the heart and had to choose between Marvin Lewis being with me or NO ONE being with me, I'd choose ******* no one. Marvin Lewis would just **** up the situation even worse. He'd go "CARSON! THAT MAN IS HURT! GO HELP HIM!" then a drooling brain-dead (He must be brain-dead by now) Carson would wobble over, ask what to do and Marvin would go "THE KNIFE IN HIS CHEST, START JERKING IT" to which Carson would giggle like a demented hillbilly and nod his head. And Carson would ******* stab me to death under the direction of Marvin dumbass Lewis who'd think he was saving me.

Patriots need to ******* DESTROYYYYYYYY these arrogant thugs. Tom Brady needs to unleash HELL. I'm personally thinking of taking a **** on Tom Brady's doorstep with a note saying "Love, Rex Ryan" just to get him even more pissed off for this game.

Listen, this is the FIFTH time in SIX weeks a piece of ****, HERP A DERP moron "team" has got caught biting their own **** against this arrogant team. Do you know how much ******* pent up RAGE I have? FIVE times now I've gone "Oh sweet, Jets are going to lo-wait...what the..WHAT THE ****!?" This game really just took me to my breaking point, but I've already addressed the Bengals. They ******* suck and they deserve to slowly die.

Pats, KILL THIS TEAM. I'm past the point of just wanting a win. I WANT YOU TO DESTROY THEM.

Dude, don't get so fired up. The jets win or lose will face either the colts, chargers, or steelers in the first round and lose.

I don't understand why people think it's so important to destroy teams. If you win by 40 or by 1, you still get a game up on them and take over the tiebreak advantage on common opponents/strength of victory.

jets are doign whatever it takes to win games. inspite of luck they are doing whatever the other teams are allowing them to do so they desrve credit there.
the pats/jets game will be a dog fight. too many times during the we say the pats will blow out X team only to see the pats in a dogfight like the lions game today. plus its a division game so all other past performances of both teams dont matter.

The Jets have to go to New England, then get a home game against what's left of the Dolphins before hitting the road for games against Pittsburgh and Chicago.

The Patriots face the Jets at home, then go to Chicago and return back to NE for a match against the Packers.

I'll be fine with a Patriots win by any score.

I'm with the OP and Pete. Green Beans belong in casseroles, not parading around on a football field. They need ... no, DESERVE to be stomped into oblivion. Afterward, BB will perform remedial lap band surgery on Jabba Wrecks' fat mouth.

I will say this about the Jets. It is undecided whether they are winners who just make the plays to win or a mediocre team that has been the recipeinet of bad teams self destructing and handing them games.
    HOWEVER
it will not be undecided for long.
If the Jets beat the Patriots, and make a run to a #1 seed and beyond, they have won games because they have Champin qualities.
If they lose to the Patriots, lose a couple more when finally playing good teams and go 1 and done in the playoffs, they are only 9-2 by good fortune and a weak schedule.
It is in their hands to show which.

Let me ask a question, and I think I know the answer.

Can the patriots playing their best game beat the Jets playing their best game?

Its a question I ask of my own team all the time.

They have something equally as powerful and more disgusting tasting called Baijou. It's like grain alcohol, except stronger and less tasty. That's what you drink when you need to black out.

As a Jets fan...what if I were to say that the Jets are playing up/down to the level of competition.

    Agree or disagree?

Because a young team learning how to win might say: "Meh it's just the Bengals/Broncos/Lions/Texans." Not give the best effort they can.

    Just a theory.

The jets are a very good, yet overrated football team

If their D shows up it could be an interesting game. Their offense isn't incredible but then again, neither is our defense.

I highly doubt the Pats will manhandle the Jets like we would like to see

Wouldnt that require playing up to the level of good opponents? They have doe that 1 time in 3.
You really dont know right now if they arent just an average team with a boatload of crappy teams on the schedule so far. But you will find out soon enough.l
