This year's nominees based on patsfans posters are:

1.Reche Caldwell
2.Corey Dillon

Every move is scrutinized searching for a negative aspect.

Dillon is still better than anything we had before he came here and whether or not Maroney ends up being the man, Dillon will still be a major contributor. Let's focus on what he does well.

Caldwell is another story. He has to have a spectacular beginning to the season or he is dead meat, carrion on the highway of sports analysis. I don't know if he is the answer or not. If he can equal David Patten I can accept that. What would that be, 3 or 4 catches a game, stretch the field a couple times and a TD every now and then. ? I believe he will be a contributor also but he is going to have to grow a thick skin. He will be our dreaded PAINTED BIRD.

Sullivan, up to the last game, would have been on that list. For someone who never played a down in a Patriots uniform, I think that he had the most negative, nasty things written about him on this board.

He had two good plays in scrub time, and now he's a god.

Too many ignorant people posting on subjects that they have no clue about.

Too many posters who don't let facts get in the way of their opinion.
