I don't see the reason for any hype the Vikings may have recieved this offseason. Like you said, no recievers, a QB who suceeded when the defense began playing much better and the opponents got a lot worse, and an average running back. I see a 6 or 7 win season for the Vikes.

Denver Loss - hate to say it but they seem to have our number. The last time we beat them they had Kennel at QB and it took a miracle.

Miami Loss - we never sweep our division and Miami always gives us a battle.

Texans Loss - we always have at least 1 stupid loss in a season. We had the 2003 Buffalo 31-0 debacle then we had 2004 Miami come back in the 4th qtr and beat us in the Tom Brady debacle.

This year will be like candy from a baby, 15-1 because we rest our vets. Our biggest challenge will be guarding against Colts disease, that being ready when the bullets are for real in the post season and not thinking we can win by showing up. Maybe an early loss or two will eliminate that possibility.

Denver is coming up here to get dealt with for a change.
I know you feel unsure about Denver and your "vibes" tell you they may have our number....BUT

We will embarrass them.
Two players will go on IR.

I think we will be 11-5. Losses to the Bengals and Dolphins and Titans. We will have wrapped up the division so the starters won't play that much in the last game. The Patriots usually tank a couple of games a year, but hard to predict which teams that will be.

We will absolutely NOT lose to Tennessee....you think we'll be tired? No way. That's a must win game.

Cincinatti will not beat us...they will not do as well as last year.
