No analysis necessary. Moss is just plain sick. You can't even compare him to other receivers when he is on his game.

Moss is sicker than a flu-ridden, chicken-pox stricken, cough-hacked, chicken soup drinking old man with no white blood cells who just also ate a three week old jar of bacteria-laden mayonaise.

That's not sick, man, that's a head cold. I'd say Moss is sicker than a legless leper with genital warts and herpes who has diarrhea and a fever of 110.

I loved in the brady interview when they asked him what they called the play that Moss got his TD....Brady says "Freak go deep....I tell Randy to go deep and then i throw it as far as i can" :rocker:

I try not to get too high or too low given the peaks and valleys of a season.

What's clear is that the gameplan HEAVILLY featured Moss - which was part of a plan to win not only this game, but to position the offense and provide advantages for other players in subsequent games.

Don't expect Moss to have 9 deep catches a game every game any more than you should expect to see Stallworth and Watson limited to 1 and 2 cathces respectively.

Football is a chess match, played over the course of many weeks. Todays game was simply a number of opening moves with our King and Queen now positioned strategically well. Look for some of the other pieces to be fully integrated into the match.

Harrison is great (one of the greatest) and his numbers speak for themselves, but when is comes to shear physical gifts, I'm not convinced he (or many that have ever played) are in Moss's league.

I think we've forgetting alot of things about Randy. Today, in the chat room, I said this a few times "Moss seems like he's favoring his hammy, like he's afraid to kick it in to high gear, he must still be hurt".......... As I watched it later on the TiVo, I saw it differently. Moss ONLY appears slow, but it just an illusion. Everything he does is silky smooth when he's on. I don't think he's 100%, but still, he is very deceptive to watch You can’t fake smooth. Harrison is a workhorse, but he is NOT purely effortless either. He benefits from his effort and his LONG-STANDING partnership with Payton. On the bomb play, I watched it like 4 limes slow, Moss actually appears to be jogging out there (not running) and only talking 1 step for every 2-3 of the covering DB's and blow right by them. His in-flight tracking skills are incredible.

Speaking of the bomb. That came out of a 3 TE power set, and he beat triple coverage. Every DC we will face thi year just sh!t their collective pants, and I don't blame them. If he was the only weapon we had, you could defense it, since he’s not……… It’s gonna be a chore

So yeah, Moss is sick..... and when you got the fever, the only prescription is MORE COWBELL. :rocker:

I wouldn't even think twice about taking Moss in his prime over Harrison in his prime.
