The question is Sestak lying? or was a crime (felony) committed, there is NO Other oprion based on what Sestak has claimed. The WH acknowledges talking with Sestak BTW.

This story will only go as far as Fox can push it.

The left side of the MSM will give this story very little attention.

If this ever did become an issue, someone will fall on the sword and
    Obama will remain squeeky clean.

What crime, exactly, do you believe was committed here, genius?

This is more wishful thinking on your part. And then nothing will come of it, and you'll have to return to your usual sulking after your new outrage du jour failed to materialize.

I am sure about it, actually. Please feel free to cite the specific crime you believe was committed.

Furthermore, if you're going to cite material, please include a link to your source. Based on what you've copied and pasted here, I can reason it's from a Fox News transcript.

    Shocking.

Pretty damned Republican, in my view. Free trade, widespread corporate consolidation, the elimination of welfare all happened on Clinton's watch. And so far Obama's biggest achievement has been to pass a health care plan that was conceived of by the Hoover Institute, of all places.

You can look at it that way if you're playing the party politics game, but that would mean that Republicans are even worse since these are all just watered down versions of extreme right ideals, and look where they've landed us.

But if we don't want to be simplistic about it, we should probably separate a few things. Like Democratic party ideals versus Democratic party practices, and then look at the root cause as to why there is any disconnect. In my view, there is an easy answer and it's corporate money that has thoroughly corrupted Washington D.C. Even Republicans on this board complain about campaign donations BP gave Obama. You don't get elected without corporate money, period. And that, in aggregate, is what is wrong with American politics. It's thoroughly corrupt.

    Hot damn! Nailed it.

I kept trying to tell Obama supporters that he's a pragmatist and not an idealist. Pragmatism is usually a virtue, but in DC politics, it has another meaning altogether.

The elimination of welfare was actually "The Right Thing to Do" from all aspects. No society should provide a permanent safety-net that allows people to do absolutely nothing and get free housing, food and few bucks to spend. No one can intelligently argue otherwise.

I am absolutely certain without an iota of doubt that the VAST majority of Americans agree. No only that, who among us wants to support people who have little desire to work or motivation to better themselves?

Unless you dare to try....Well, do you feel lucky punk?:D

    P.S. And Pah-Leez...spare me the "Poverty-Cycle" sermon.

Here is a copy of the actual law (Code) am not a lawyer, but it is somewhat fuzzy.. of course Red State, Fox or some other partisan blog will view it as proof positive...

Obama goes out of his way to avoid prosecuting Bush and company for war crimes and various perversions of justice, and the first lame excuse Republicans get to accuse Obama of much of anything they want a special prosecutor. Obama should have prosecuted the whole corrupt incompetent Bush administration. Republicans have no notion of fair play.

If the Republicans keep up this charade of doing nothing and continuing to muddy the already muddy waters, then they can complain how the government is not doing anything.. politics are becoming more absurd daily.

But the democrat did not bring up impeachment.. lets no go down that road again, we spent more money on Clinton's issues than we did on investigating 9-11... yea that will do a lot of good, 50 gazillion dollars later and they will probably no know a whole bunch.
