EEI didn't break the story! You just hadn't heard it yet! There's a difference.

And I agree with the other guy.....why wouldn't they extend him? He's done everything the Colts have asked. And besides, what other crazy kook would we crap on?

Why wouldn't they extend him, he has done a great job for the franchise.

Polian does a terrific job at drafting players. The Colts could not

afford to give out big contracts if there were not a lot of rookies

making the team each year.

Love or hate the guy (and I'm assuming most of us are in the latter column), he's one of the best executives in the game and has been a big part of turning that franchise into a perennial powerhouse.

Yeah, damn, the guy's done a hell of a job, and I just can't get distressed about something that I assumed was going to happen in the first place. Was there ever any doubt that he'd get extended?

Polian is the type of executive you would love to have and give your left arm for to be a part of your favorite team but at the same time a guy you hate more than any other person associated with the NFL when he is on an opposing team's FO - He is THAT good of a smart executive and deserves all the accolades which is an extention in this case..
