ron brace may not even be a good player just a big body

i dont think san diego would even want him

and not for larry english any ways they may not resign shawn marriman next year there HC said he is sick of all he's hollywood drama

jamal williams was JAG when he got to the NFL

the chargers are done if they don't find some size in the middle......the already lost olshansky in the offseason, and castillo is already banged up......their 230lb ILB's will not hold up with nwagbuo in the middle......guys like merriman and english are pointless if the chargers can't' stop the run

I understand your Seymour comments better now.
Personally, I think it takes a lot more than any one player to separate a SB contender from not a contender, with the exception of a great QB.

Do you think it's feasible to run an aggressive 3-4 with a 310 pound NT and 240 pound ILBs? They now have to replace a 350 pound elite talent in the middle, and they don't have anyone who even has the necessary size, let alone the talent, to begin to make up for the loss. Jammal Williams is such a physical freak that he's borderline impossible to replace anyways, but not having anyone on the roster within 35 pounds of his playing weight makes it an outright disaster.

They would have been better off losing Rivers, LT, or Merriman. When you combine value to the team with level of backups, it's looking pretty clear that Williams is the one player that they just couldn't afford to lose. At least the AFCW is interesting now- wouldn't be shocked if it was won with a 7-9 record, hahaha.

1-gap 3-4, they don't need the big space eater inside if they're shooting gaps - it just helps. The Cowboys used 303 lb Jay Ratliff.
