    Tony Dungy: "Well winning my first one at the age of 1 was quite an accomplishment, but winning the last 51 has been great too, that's what Quiet Strength is all about, being selfish and feeling great"

    Man, did Tony Dungy steal your girlfriend in high school or something? You sure make a lot of negative posts about him...

    He doesn't hold it inside, he lets it out every chance he gets, which is the healthy thing to do; holding it inside causes you to eventually blow a head gasket and go nuts, got it?

    Ok, let me rephrase that.

    That's a lot of poison he's producing for that man.

    Because as quickly as he lets it out, more seems to accumulate.

    Sort of like diarrhea.
