The 2003 Pats.....sure, they always found a way to win, but comeon...
-Only 21.8ppg on offense.
-Antowain Smith was terrible, 3.5ypc and only 650 yards, one of the worst starting RBs in the league.
-A very pedestrian passing attack.
Sure, they had the best D of the BB era, but if I had to bet money, i'd take the 07, 11, and 12 Pats vs. them.
Nostalgic revisionist history is rampant among the 01 and 03 teams, although the 04 team truly was amazing.
Really, are the 07, 11, 12 teams not mentally tough, etc because of a helmet catch or Welker drop...?
