Ten Final Thoughts For Tonight's Patriots and Giants Showdown
By: Ian Logue

Here are ten final thoughts heading into tonight's game....

My first thought was that I don't think I agree with point number one, about the Pats needing to start fast, based on their ability to come back so many times this year. However, I wonder what a fast start would do to the Giants, considering how confident (really to the point of brash arrogance, in my opinion) they have been this week. If they start out well it feeds that confidence; if not I think it could be enough of a distraction that they could lose their focus.

My feeling that there will be some big score-swinging slip-up (preferably by the Giants) in the mid 2nd half keeps getting stronger. Maybe it's the emotional context, but I just can't imagine a 3-pt nailbiter this time.
