If he doesn't play.... who takes his spot?? Can Edelman run deep routes?

Watson has the speed to get downfield in a hurry. I would expect we would use him and Moss to stretch the field, with Welker, Edelman, Baker, Maroney and Faulk underneath.

Many people do, although Thomas' penalty at the end of the game doesn't mean that Gaffney didn't drop that perfect TD pass.

Simmons again! And Ron Brace - what's going on there? I thought that with Wilfork out Brace would get a big chance. And to think that we could have taken Connor Barwin (just kidding, I think Brace will be fine).

Why so surprised about Simmons? I don't think he's better than Mankins or Neal.

I'd take a healthy Simmons over Neal, but doubt he's better right now. But he's definitely an upgrade over Connolly.

I don't know if Edelman can take Joey's spot. I haven't seen him play much other than the slot. But I wonder if this means more 2 TE formations/less shotgun. I sure hope so.

Meh. Simmons isn't much... definitely not better than Neal. JMO.
