People who know they'll make money from it. As despicable as these sites are, they only exist because they have a market, demonstrated quite well by this thread.

Given the earlier issues with infection, additional surgey etc it sure is nice to see him walking without crutches, or a cane, or without a limp, walking down stairs etc...
