Looks like Obama is setting up a Gulf of Tonkin moment.

lol... four years ago, the concept of putting troops on the ground in nations inhabited by brown people who pray funny got you guys very excited and eager... now, it's being used as a faux outrage political tool.

Could team Norquist be any more transparent these days?

They flip flop every day, whatever Obama does is bad, whatever Willard does is good..

Willard endorsed abortion yesterday, see how that resonates among the extremists..

And last year during the Arab Spring, they wanted to send troops all over the mideast.. but today, it is bad.

LOL.... No, not "back at me." AT ALL.

Your premise is just not true, and I think you know it.

Who the F is "yawning" over more troops in the M.E.? Certainly not me, and certainly not any left-leaning pontificator I know. It's disgusting, but Mittens would be SO much worse, as he's already running his mouth about his hard-line approach to overcompensate for his foreign policy inexperience.

Meanwhile, I can't count how many cons everywhere defending the Bush Doctrine of pre-emption throughout the ME without any hard proof from 2002-2008.

I didn't know it because I didn't see your post in the thread saying that you weren't happy about it. All I saw was your post complaining about the, umm, complaints of others. You have now expressed otherwise, so I take it back.

Mitt had a bad couple of weeks when he went on his "world tour" this summer. I expect a return to that form at the next debate.

Even if we're not talking about me, I'm asking you to quantify what constitutes a "yawn" from the left over a story that just broke?

I'd say we've been pretty consistent (and disappointed in the president) regarding our position on hegemony abroad. Torture too. .... The right? Not so much. From 1-20-09 onward. This is well-documented.
