So I'm a good boy and buy some CDs from the i-tunes store as I don't like getting the physical CD anymore.

As always, they're in the protected .m4p format. I need mp3 as I listen from WMP at work - so I make an i-tunes playlist to burn the tracks I BOUGHT to a CD then rip them back in as MP3s. Always works.

But not anymore. The newer version of i-tunes doesn't allow burning of protected files. It's almost like they're ASKING me to download for free as they make it harder to use purchased tracks how I wish.

I understand there's like a million key generators out there, they're pretty safe.

There's about 1/2 million cracks out there, but you don't wanna mess with them until you know how to back up your registry. Windows' go back feature isn't good enough. That's the first thing that malware attacks.

Oh and in case you were wondering, its because of people like me that people like you have to jump through Apple and all other content-providers' hoops.
