Look who he has going at 13,16 and 18. Forgot how highly touted Gaffney and Caldwell were coming out of Florida. I clicked on a link for his 07 projection and got this.
This year he has us taking D.Revis at 24. I doubt if he's there. And, he has us taking A.Gonzalez - WR - Ohio ST at 28. Though,
he has A.Spencer and P.Willis going 29 and 30. I'd be ecstatic with Revis and Spencer. Revis can return punts too. Remember that great return he had against WVU? One of the best plays of the year.

Initial first-round projection
In my second first-round projection of the 2002 NFL draft, Fresno State quarterback David Carr is the overall first pick (to the expansion Houston Texans).
Carr rises to the top in my mock draft on the strength of his highly impressive performance at the Senior Bowl. Carr demonstrated a quick release with tremendous velocity and accuracy. He possesses excellent touch, timing and precision. He also has the presence and leadership qualities that a QB needs.
Meanwhile, Florida wide receiver Reche Caldwell makes the biggest jump into my first-round projection as the 18th pick (to the Redskins).
The draft is slated for April 20-21.
For now, here's how I forecast the first round (* -- underclassman):
1. Houston Texans -- David Carr, QB, Fresno State
2. Carolina Panthers -- *Julius Peppers, DE, North Carolina
3. Detroit Lions -- *Roy Williams, DB, Oklahoma
4. Buffalo Bills -- Joey Harrington, QB, Oregon
5. San Diego Chargers -- Bryant McKinnie, OT, Miami (Fla.)
6. Dallas Cowboys -- Quentin Jammer, CB, Texas
7. Minnesota Vikings -- Mike Williams, OT, Texas
8. Kansas City Chiefs -- Ryan Sims, DT, North Carolina
9. Jacksonville Jaguars -- *Antonio Bryant, WR, Pittsburgh
10. Cincinnati Bengals -- *Phillip Buchanon, CB, Miami (Fla.)
11. Indianapolis Colts -- *Albert Haynesworth, DT, Tennessee
12. Arizona Cardinals -- Wendell Bryant, DT, Wisconsin
13. New Orleans Saints -- Daniel Graham, TE, Colorado
14. New York Giants -- *Jeremy Shockey, TE, Miami (Fla.)
15. Tennessee Titans -- John Henderson, DT, Tennessee
16. Atlanta Falcons -- *Jabar Gaffney, WR, Florida
17. Cleveland Browns -- *William Green, RB, Boston College
18. Washington Redskins -- *Reche Caldwell, WR, Florida
19. Denver Broncos -- *Ashley Lelie, WR, Hawaii
20. Seattle Seahawks -- Kalimba Edwards, DE, South Carolina
