I was watching him a lot last night. SC/Wash St was more competitive
    than the OSU/Iowa or Michigan/Minnesota. SC didn't have D.Jarrett.
They needed Smith to step up and he did. 11 rec 186 yds and 2td.
Knocked out at the 3 after a nice catch and run too on another play.
He looks like D.Branch in one area. He has that quickness in a small
space that allows him to get open. He's more sturdily built than
Deion though. Listed at 6ft 200lb. Probably only 5'10". I'm sure he's not
going to run one of those 4.3 or 4.4 40's at the combine that will wow everyone. Seems very polished and could probably step in and play immediately next year.

I watched the game as well. And the first thing that caught my eye was that Smith reminded me a whole lot of Deion Branch when Branch was at Louisville. While not a speed merchant by any means, he was very sudden. Exploded in and out of his cuts which created a good bit of separation. Nice hands and on a couple of plays I saw him trying to block.

Hill the WR for WSU with the two 1,000 yard seasons, is a true burner. He looks and plays fast. However the hands are not what I thought they would be. A couple of easy drops and a bunch of body catches.

Did anybody notice that WSU QB Brinks has got a decent arm on him???? He made a couple of out throws that had some heat on them. If he could read defenses as well as Booty, he'd be considered a 1st rounder.
