What's funny is when GW took office in 2001, he increased state aid to levels no other president had. With all the new funding they recieved, states still ran deficits. Does anyone still need to be told that gubmit is too big on all levels? Does anyone outside of Patters feel that gubmit is run as efficiently as a normal business? At what point will people realize that the gubmit is not the answer to every, and all problems. Gubmit needs to downsize dramatically.
