Specter's interest in Spygate doesn't pass smell test

It about friggin time someone in the national media picked up the conflict of interest Specter has with all of this. My guess is that it won't be on ESPN every five minutes though like when Specter accused the Pats of stonewalling.

To me it is too little too late for ESPN. Why don't they put Zirin in front of a camera to talk about this on NFL Live or Sportcenter, instead of sanctimonious hypocrites like Mark Schlereth? Instead, they bury it on their web site 3 to 4 weeks after the story broke.
