When you take a sample of 10 minutes of game tape from last night's 2nd quarter, in a 14-14 game, from the 12 minute mark down to the 2 minute warning, Brady and Feeley bark out calls on approx. 10 plays each. On all of Feeley's calls prior to snap, seen from close range and from high above, no sound whatsoever of Feeley's voice can be heard. On all of Brady's calls prior to snap, seen from close range and from high above, each syllable of Brady's voice can be clearly heard. On one play, the camera pans over to Bill Belichick while the Pats offense is lined-up to begin play, and the viewer clearly hears Brady's barking the calls while the camera continues to show the coach.
Either a microphone was deployed on Brady, or a high-tech device was used by NBC to focus only on Brady's voice.
