It's just unfortunate when one of those teams meets all of these criteria:

- Is QBed by a Manning brother
- Is the organization your Head Coach was brought up in
- Is from New York City
- You meet them in the Super Bowl twice
- And has a team full of classless trash talkers

We've been at the good end of this before (Steelers, Ravens, Colts) and unfortunately now we're at the really bad end of it. We can't change what's in the past (which sucks because one of my friends is a Giants fan) but this team looks set to make another Super Bowl run at least.

Enjoy the off season. Ignore the media. Don't pay attention to the draft until draft day. Just live your lives with your loved ones and figure out ways to make some extra cash so you can go to New Orleans next year.

they don't have our number, theres no such thing as a number but there are certain teams that match up favorably against others. The Pats come out and make a few plays and things go differently. What I have noticed is that the Giants are a team that for the last 5 years seem to play best in pressure situations/must win games. They execute when they have to.

I just...I just can't buy that statement.

If Brady's throw to Wes is just a little more to the outside, the Pats likely win.
If Branch doesn't keep running on his route and instead stops like Brady thought he was going to on the next play, the Pats likely win.

If Asante doesn't drop the ball, the Pats win.

Maybe they have our number, but if just one of those three plays was made, who could ever say that? That's how close these games were. Just absolutely crushing.

I Give the Giants credit.
But I never see a team get the bounces they do, man they are lucky.

Fumble twice they recover
Asantes drop.
Welkers drop
tyree catch
Manningham catch

Any one of those thing go are way we are 1-1 in SB's with them.

Honorable Mentions:

Tony Romo misses a wide open TE to seal the first Dal / NYG game
Aaron Rodgers has his worst day of his career in the playoff game
8 dropped passes by GB receivers in that game
SF eliminates Saints, NO way they beat the Saints in the Superdome
SF loses Ted Ginn, Jr. the week before their game, therefore
Kyle Williams muffes two punts, gift wraps NFCCG for them
Gronk gets hurt in the AFCCG, ineffective in SB

If these guys were cats, I would say they have used up all 9 of their lives in the 2007 & 2011 playoffs.

They match up well with us and I wouldn't say they have our number because we could have won all of our recent games against them with a play here or there. But I would say that Justin Tuck has Logan Mankins number. For the most part we handled the pressure just fine but if you just watch Mankins you would see that he struggled often.

Mankins also came up short in a few other big games and it is highlighted more without Koppen on the line. We benched Solder in favor of Vollmer when he was struggling and I really feel we should have went that route with mankins. I have faith in our backups and if brady could've had more time, maybe he doesn't throw that gronk pick.
