Google Groups archives Usenet posts from as early as 1981. Patriots posts don't show up until 1983. It's an interesting time waster to peruse some of the messages. I have found things that I had forgotten like this from 92:

Patriots. Can someone confirm this?? Say it ain't so... those poor Pats'.
