Think of it this way: what players aged, say 28 and under on the Colts' roster would be valuable in trade?

I guess the term valuable in trade would be different for each person but players under 28 who are very valuable to the Colts would be:

Garcon 24
Collie 25
Powers 25
Bethea 26, who really should be a pro bowler
Bullet 26
Wheeler 26
Hughes 22, who I still think will be a star
Addai 27
Hayden 27
Session 26
Moala 25
Lacey 23

I'm not saying they are all pro's but the Patriots are founded on all pros either. That's a good young nucleolus the problem is none of it is on the O-Line a lot of them were hurt and even bigger problem is the age of some of the players not on the list.

Saturday 35
Manning 34
Wayne 32
Clark 32
Brackett 30
Freeney 30
Mathis 29

I'm not declaring the downfall of the Colts next year but unless Hughes really does become a star and they draft replacements of equal level, which will be near impossible, their window is pretty small to compete for a championship although they'll still be a winning team until Manning hangs it up. Smaller defenders who rely on speed can lose it in a hurry.
