Great story, and I don't care if it is true or not. :)
 
What is the argument?

The Patriots lost to the Giants earlier and felt they could have played better.
They were hoping to get another shot at them to prove they were better than they played. Pretty basic stuff.

This is part of what I was saying.

I just said that it was not a matter of revenge for SB 42, since most players were not with the team then.
It was probably more of a factor that they played the earlier in the year and believe they have a good shot at beating them this time.

Some other posters here either can't read or can't comprehend what my VERY CLEAR statement meant.

Thank you for re-affirming what I was trying to say to those guys
 
Yeah, and it must have been annoying to see the Giants act like they won the SB in week 9 the way they acted after.
