So Whats The Penalty For The Jets Filming Our D Last Sunday?

Alright so I think this is the key thing:

By NFL rule every videographer and still photogapher has to be in either a red or black vest. This guy should be in a black vest. Even if he's with Jets Total Access or "Kickin' it wit' Mangenius". I'm still not 100% sure it's a Jets polo he has one. But either he's a Jets employee or a videographer who somehow got out of wearing the league mandated black vest.

So the question remains... WHO IS HE!?!?!?!?!?!

Wait a minute! The league allows team employees to film on the sidelines?? I'm frickin' confused!!

I'm a believer that the guy is in the same shirt as Mangini. A screen grab in another thread proved that for me. Vest or no vest that's a fact.
