There will be those who will try to politicize this, see above, in reality hope that there are minimal injuries....

No casualties reported so far and the earlier reports of an FBI office being housed in that building have now been reported to be untrue, however the crash is "intentional". Apparently attributed to someone with "a beef" against the IRS which DOES have an office there. Small Aircraft Crashes into Office Building

Going after the IRS should be a bi-partisan activity ;)

NORAD launched 2 F-16's in response to this event though the crash is not considered a "terrorist" attack. Where was NORAD on September 11,2001.

Small planes are flown poorly from time to time. Most private pilots take their responsibilities to their passengers and people on the ground quite seriously, but not all. Believe me know, I worked as a flight instructor for years. There's an outstanding chance this guy simply ran out of gas.

Probably not - considering he set his house on fire and wrote a suicide note before take-off.

    The last few sentences:
Chilling indeed. Apparently he revised it 27 times after starting it 2 days ago, according to the MSWord trail. The final save was at 6:42am today. Austin Suicide Pilot Posted Anti-IRS Screed

Strange and tragic story. I don't have a real good feeling about the possible backlash.

Business Insider opines this event could deal a HUGE blow to the Tea Party and the right in general:
The Austin Texas Bombing Is A HUGE Image Blow To The "Tea Party" Right

We'll see how it all shakes out I guess.

I said he was articulate and anguished. I said nothing about "liking it." I can admire the ability to present a thought coherantly and I can empathize with agony being expressed without agreeing with the cause or effect of either of them.

This is the second time you've misrepresented something I've said today.

You've either got a reading comprehension problem or you've got a bad habit of trying to put words into someone else's mouth.

Does it count as martyrdom if no one gives a flying longhorn who you are, why you did it, and you're the only one who gets hurt?

    Maybe he wants a re-do.

I believe it's the first time today - but I was just pushing your button, nothing more. I figured you'd lecture me on how health insurance works again ;)
