I know I thought about it a few times last night when I saw our DL sucking wind and getting blownup.

I guess the obvious answer is YES. That doesn't mean I wish we hadn't made the trade, if we could have Seymour and the pick that would be great It was a good trade but with TBC out and Warren out and Green out, sure, Seymour would have been nice. Was anyone else wishing we had Seymour back out there last night come crunch time?
I wished we had any D-lineman out there to give Vince, Burgess and Pryor a break.
Even Titus, Terd or Darryl Richard would have been a help.
I'll still take the first round pick.

A win last night puts us in good shape for home field advantage throughout the playoffs.
I think it is fair to say that our lack of depth at DL hurt has badly in the 4th quarter. Our front line was clearly exhausted.
Hey, BF.
The point is Warren and Green were not available to play last night and neither Seymour nor the Raiders #1 pick weren't around to help us out any in last night's game.
Well, Seymour getting hurt would have been the ONLY way he wouldn't have helped us win had he still been on the team last night. Meanwhile the Raiders #1 2 drafts from now did nothing to help us win last night.Utter speculation, Seymour may have gotten hurt also... being a huge Seymour apologist over the years... he probably would not have made all that much difference, he may have been another body and maybe Pryor may not have played as much..
In reality this is one of those circular arguments, that can go on ad infinitum and there is no answer....
