    According to this article . . .

    $250,000.

Kinda puts that massive penalty for Spygate in perspective, don't it?

I hate the Bills so it's kind of funny, but where does an 86 year old man get off doing that?

That was worth a good laugh. Especially the way he did it.

Anyone know why he did that?

Yeah, I was thinking the same thing when I heard the amount.

The thing is most opposing fans are going to believe what they want to believe, and if you bring that up to them they'll just try to twist it around as more "proof" that Goodell is buddy-buddy with Kraft and the Pats. Just look at how many of the haters still try to claim that Kraft wanted Goodell to be the commissioner, when in fact he was the last holdout trying to keep the former Jet fan from replacing Tagliabue; Kraft was backing the guy from Fidelity (I think his name was Reynolds if I recall correctly.)

No. They didn't lose a 1st round draft pick like the Patriots did. If/when a team gets that taken away from them, especially one that isn't the #32 pick in the draft, maybe it might put it in perspective.
