Not only did R. Wilson repeat according to the official list on Pro Football Hall of Fame, but we can see, also:

http://www.profootballhof.com/history/release.aspx?release_id=97

In the first 33 Super Bowls (before 2000), 28 of 33 matchups had a winning OR losing quarterback (or both) in the hall of fame.

The five Super Bowls that did not send ANY quarterback to the HOF were won by:

Jim Plunkett '81, '84 (twice!)
Joe Theismann '83 (won one, lost one)
Jim McMahon '86 (against Patriots)
Brett Favre '97 (also against Patriots)

The four Super Bowls that sent LOSING quarterbacks to the HOF, but not winners, were won by:

Phil Simms '87
Doug Williams '88
Jeff Hostetler '91
Mark Rypien '92,

Three of the quarterbacks in the Hall of Fame never won in a Super Bowl:

Frank Tarkenton (3 losses)
Dan Marino (1 loss)
Jim Kelly (4 losses)

The question on everyone's mind is, of course:

Do Bledsoe and Edelman get in the Hall of Fame since they are 1-1, which is better than Dan Marino's 0-1 and Peyton's 1-2? Or is Edelman the automatic shoe-in, since he's 1-0 in the seasons he's allowed to throw the ball in the playoffs? :)
