Schefter was on EEI this morning, as usual had some interesting tidbits. Didn't hear the entire interview - but one part that was definitely interesting is that he hypothesized to the Pats game as potentially being the "last straw" for Bilick when the front office looks back at the season. Not in terms of losing the game, but in terms of the irrational/wild actions of the players on the team, the meltdown at the end, the childish (and totally dorky) blowing kisses at Rodney Harrison, etc. I agree, it was a complete disgrace, and it starts at the top. Really gives you even more respect for Belichick that he's able to keep his players from ever doing anything remotely in this category. Other interesting bits: - Reiterated Welker was getting mauled all game and refs weren't calling it - Agreed that there were no bad calls and that the Ravens had nothing to complain about - He knew about the 10 players on D for the Skins first play early in the week...somehow Gibbs didn't Started talking about Asante as I was getting to work, so missed that part, if anybody heard, please share.
