Now we're in for it. Thanks, Matt, you sum*****!
Umm care to explain it to the rest of us?
Players asked him to sell Super Bowl tix.
Goodell did mention two new pieces of new information from Walsh -- a player who was on injured reserve was said to be inappropriately practicing, and Walsh said he was involved in scalping of Super Bowl tickets by players (he was the seller of 8-12 tickets over a 2-year period).
Illegal scalping of SB tickets. Umm, a player gets fined. Maybe doesn't get tickets in the future.
If verifiied it's a very minor issue - Walsh sure is a little snitch though.
Yeah its a minor issue...Goodell said it in the press conference
Super bowl tickets being scalped by players, staff, etc. is very common. A violation of rules for sure, but very common. I actually know people who were offered to purchase SB tickets for a recent SB from certain players but the prices they were looking for were well-above market.
Will the extent of the Pats cheating ever be fully revealed?!?
I'm shocked- just shocked. Players scalping SB tickets is related to the Patriots organization, how?
BB must have given a practice on how to scalp tickets?
Now we finally know what Ernie Adams does. Where's my $10,000?
I think BB should step down. Kraft needs to act swiftly.
