Do you want the Supreme Court to make a decision that is not in line with the SC Constitution?? If you read the article it clearly delineates who can appropriate funds, and it is clear from what is described here that the Governor has on authority to do what he did.. if the people from SC do not like change the constitution.

Some people on this board need a civics lesson..

Keep up the good work, even though you are falling far short of your goal of gazillion posts about Obama.. you only have had 50 since June 1... the Patsfanscom political forum Jihad continues..

In this case, the governor doesn't want to take obama money. Why does SC SC order him to do so? If they want the money that bad, why don't they ASK obama themselves?

Some people need to remember that people SELECT the governor to RUN the state business NOT the fcking judges.

Unless you want the judges to run the state business and justice system, please STEP UP and say so.
DON'T say what you do BUT DO what you say.

I'll do what I say. YES, I CAN...............:singing: In the mean time, stop b!tching about my threads here UNLESS you can show everybody good things Obama did in his first 6 months.

So your the one who started this activist judge BS.. you really do not know or understand basic civics, the decision was made in the context of the SC Constitution.. but then I my as well just spit in the wind, rather than trying to argue with you..

    Pearls to swine..

By using your logic, should you ask the judges for their spending approval as well if they can tell the governor to take Obama money?

Who is running the state? Governor or SC? You are very confused. If you are not happy with the governor, you should impeach or recall him. If SC doesn't like what the governor does, can they OVERRULE every governor's decision? Please tell me when you allow the judges to run the court system and state business.

Please remind eveybody the reasons you select the judges and governor. Everybody has a job to do.

The problem with you is you act like you know 'everything' but you have no idea what the hell you are saying in the reality. I'm not that impressed.

What kind of 'checks and balances' are you talking when the SC judges told the governor to take Obama's money?

What else do you want SC judges to tell the governor? Do you want them to run SC business if the governor can't do a better job?

Actually there is also a 3RD BRANCH. It's called the SC Legislature.

But I don't want to go too fast for you, you're still discovering the 2nd Branch and how the Judiciary works.

It's wonderful how NEPatriot can learn something new everyday!

There are no funds to appropriate UNTIL the gov applies for them AND they are granted.

Another example of Imperial courts overstepping their authority.

HE ( The gov) should be appluded for acting responsibly instead of creating more pork.

YOu went too fast and you missed an important point.

Is it more approriate if SC Senate or Congress ASKs the governor to take Obama's money INSTEAD OF SC SC?

    You are a confused person.

Sorry,I haven't learned anything from YOU.

I knew what DARRYIS said. What I don't know is what you are saying. All i see you are doing is to tell me that Obama or liberal friend says this or that.

Why don't you let me know what you 'think' instead of repeating what others said, moron?

For a record, your liberal friend, DarryLs, told me to have a 'nice day' instead of answering my question. What else do you know? STill NOTHING.
