Of course conservatives are always derided as stupid. we saw that happen with R Reagan and we see it with S Palin, especially from the elites inside the beltway. So we are presented with the MSM meme of Caribou Barbie the dummy which many embrace, but........ then why does she get policy right when so many others get it wrong?

There is now talk of whether there should be a QE3 to follow up the failed QE2.

So what did Palin say about QE2?

Palin's critique on QE2 was exactly right. Commodities are up the $$$$ is down and inflation id up (check your food bill and commuting cost).

Let's see how she does discussing it rather than having somebody write something on facebook for her.

No it was the fact that she knew what a disaster QE@ would be and the Obama team was clueless.

I'd be shocked if Palin even knows what QE stands for.

For better or worse, Geithner and Bernacke know more about economics and monetary policy than Palin could hope to memorize in 20 years.

Yeah because the economy is doing so well under their guidance......

Well she not olnly knew what it was she correctly predicted it's failure and the results of that failure. So evidently she knew a lot more about it than obama and his boyz.

So you are saying that a woman who attended 5 different University's/Community Colleges and has a degree in Communications knows more about Economics than two guys with advanced degrees in Economics?

    Sarah Palins higher education:

    University of Hawaii-Hilo (1982)
    Hawaii Pacific University (1982)
North Idaho College (Community College) (1983)
    University of Idaho-Moscow (1984 & 1985)
    Matanuska-Sustina College (1985)
    Back to University of Idaho-Moscow (1986 & 1987)

How she managed to get her credits transferred from school to school to school to school is pretty amazing.

The utter illogic in this post is something to behold. It's sublime, even.

    Wait!!! Eureka!!! I've GOT IT!!!

Sarah Palin can totally save the economy if we only elect her as president and Trump as her vice prez.

She can sign a huge billion dollar contract with FOXTV for a reality show - instead of her daughter living with two black guys in California the three of them can move into a suite at The White House - it'll be a combination of Alaskan Housewives meets California Nickeloden Rap Star and they can all have on-screen plastic surgery while Trump holds open auditions for The Apprentice on The White House lawn.

The sales of the tee-shirts alone would make a sizable dent in the budget deficit.

It it WIDELY believed that Quantitative Easing has been a failure. Even many voting members of the Fed have expressed that view.

It was just another attempt to ARTIFICIALLY inflate our economy Jack. Funny thing is that artificially inflating our economy is what got us into this mess...no?

For all the people trying to disparage Obama's college credentials I haven't seen anyone do the same to Palin.

If I'm not mistaken both of her parents were school teachers. How the heck did they pay for her flying from Alaska to Hawaii to Idaho over and over again? Airfares were pretty steep back in the early 80's.

If that's the case it's no wonder an artificial candidate thinks she knows how to get us out.

That is correct and Palin is one of the few politicians who pointed this out last year when QE2 was started. Bernacke and Geithner screwed up, Palin was right they were wrong. The economy suffers and 15% plus of people are still out of work.

Foolishly some think the economy is in a recovery.

Since when is Palin a politician? I thought she was a Fox News contributor?
