After telling the gallery that he was glad to be back at work, Alabama head coach Nick Saban discussed the “basic process” it takes to be successful, citing New England Patriots coach Bill Belicick as the key source to his coaching style.

“When I worked with [Belicick], we only had one sign in the whole building, and that was ‘Do your job,’” Saban said. “I think the will to do that in your organization goes a long way in seeing how your team is going to develop.”
