With the trade deadline now at a close, we are going with Jonas as our bell cow, Vereen as a change of pace, and White as a backup/couple carries a game. You need a respectable run game to win in the NFL and keep a defence honest, obviously.

My question is what to we do going into next season?

Do we re-sign ridley on the cheap coming off of an ACL tear?

Do we see if Jonas can be the guy?

Do we draft one early next year?

Do we give the keys to an unproven White?

OR, do we sign an intriguing FA like Mark Ingram who is only 24 years old and has fresh legs?

If it was up to you, what would you do?

Simple.

We R-E-L-A-X (sorry had to throw that in there for lols) for 1-2 more games, possibly 3-4 and see if Jonas is really our guy. Meaning, does he get a case of fumblitis or does he get a case of overconfidence leading to poor ypc stats. Or does he carry on similar to the first 2 games. I think 2 games are nowhere near enough to know what we have in him. Let's see what he can do, and then revisit this issue. Personally, I think we draft a work-horse regardless, and possibly a change of pace back if White is a bust (NOT saying he is!).
