It's no accident that all these cheating accusations began after Goodell became commissioner.

Well then how do you explain BB whining about the Dolphins springing the Wildcat on the Pats and badly beating an unprepared team?

Oops, my bad! BB didn't whine, he took his beating and worked on getting better.

The next time the Wildcat didn't work and the Dolphins scrapped it once teams figured out how to defend it.

There have been a few instances where the Patriots do indeed complain to the NFL. After the 2006 LOLphins game, Jests that same year, and of course for the Leavis situation this past offseason spring to mind.

Of course, they do this without the accompanying puerile histrionics of, say, the Indy Ponies, Ratbirds, and Jests... :D

Rex alerting the refs to an illegal FG formation on defense when the Pats blocked a kick.

The Jets won the game and used the exact same formation.

When Sal Alosi got busted, the Jets special teams coached blamed the Pats for lining up along the sideline shoulder to shoulder.

There was even video.

The Jets were in Foxboro for a game and the fire alarm went off in the middle of the night.

The Pats were blamed even though the hotel interior fire escapes were being painted, but the Jets decided to stay there anyway.

I used to write a blog as an "Evil Bill Belichick" back in 2007 when everyone was hating on us for Overblowngate. Among the list of Pats transgressions I came up with were:

1. Stealing Dungy's car
2. Stealing other teams' equipment
3. Robbing orphans
4. Kicking kittens
5. Helping Iran weaponize uranium
6. Helping Iran store said weapons at the Razor (but never giving them back)

Lawrence Taylor admitted to sending prostitutes to the opposing team's hotel the night before the game.
