The 49ers say they have no medical concerns about Quentin Groves, who underwent heart surgery in late March.
The surgery removed an extra circuit from Groves' heart that could cause a rapid heartbeat. There are expected to be no long-term ramifications from the procedure and he actually should be healthier now. Beat writer Matt Barrows believes Groves is the Niners' No. 1 target with the 29th overall pick.

What?!?!?!?! They have Tully!!!

Not happening we'll trade down to 28 and snatch him first!

OK, good to know we'll have to work a trade down that allows us to take Groves before SF does at 29. :D Great poker faces, Niners...some organizations just don't get it.

I wonder how Manny Lawson is recovering from his injury?

Groves, Lawson and Willis on the same LB staff. Kind of scary. If the niners get some decent DL guys and anything even remotely resembling an offense, their defense could really take off next season.
