If by looking better you mean tanned, dyed hair, and a new tailored suit, then yes, he's looking better all the time.

His views on immigration are not entirely appealing to me. I like his results oriented record, but skeletons and illegals are of some concern.

Upon further review (and since Colin would probably not accept the post, nor is as qualified, imho), perhaps either Giulliani or Fred Thompson would be good for veep. Both are rough-cut yeomen next to the tough but smooth Romney. Good balance there. Giulliani's a great speaker, very engaging, articulate, and powerful in his own way. Thompson, though more dour has a certain "gravitas" -- to deja vu a term from the past -- someone of substance.

Mitt Romney will be the next President, the Pelosi Gang, Obama and the Shreaking Head Bobbing witch Hillary will help him win.

Many people won't vote FOR Romney they will vote against the Censoring Banning A$s Hole Tax Raising Democrats.

GW Bush approval ratings are horrible but the Democratic Congress is WORSE.

    Of course he's looking better.
Romney and Hillary are the two who said they'd be willing to attack Iran, so obviously they are the two frontrunners to win. The elite isn't going to help elect someone who will go against their agendas.

Of the Republican candidates, Romney is best, but he's far more vulnerable than Hillary to the issue of flipflopping, and his Mormon religion simply doesn't work for a lot of the religious right. I think a lot of them will stay home. If that happens in any of the battleground sates, there's no way he'll win. But, given the pathetic crop of Republicans, what can you do? He's the best you have.

It is a pathetic crop of republicans. The sad part is, it's a pathetic crop of democrats too. As has been the trend of late, the 2008 election will be one of a moron winning, and a vote for the moron who's not as pathetic as his/her opponent. There isn't a candidate on either side that's really appealing. More of the same.

You are so dumb it actually makes me a little sad for you, you must barely have enough intelligence to survive in modern society.

All the candidates have sucked for maybe the past... 20 years.

The only ones who win now are people willing to be loose with morals or principles, who will make a devil's bargain in letting the elite get their goals accomplished, in order to have any shot at the Presidency.

Given the choice between Hilarity and Romney, the right will vote for Romney. The time for religious parochialism is over.

then, by that logic, i suppose you are 'jealous' of socialism and those who support social welfare... because you spew enough hatred and condemnation for those kind of people than anyone here...

Some day you will learn how to separate bad ideas from the people who espouse them. Some of my closest friends in college were in the SDS, even when I was in ROTC. People get sucked into bad ideas all the time. Such people deserve nothing but empathy, never hatred. But the bad behavior that results from following the bad ideas is not to be tolerated.

and some day you'll perhaps learn how to communicate with people as if you're not on a pulpit talking down to them merely because they don't adhere to your scary, narrow religious ideology...

oops, wait... no... you'll never learn at this point...
