How many 4-3 teams have a better LDE than Ninkovich? Labeling him not starting caliber is just untrue.

In his first year at the position, Ninkovich was an above average starting LDE. Considering the three LDEs much better than him cost 8mil a year+, I'm fine with Ninko who is a solid all around player (run defense, pass rushing, dropping into coverage). Granted I'm biased, as he's one of my favorite players on the Pats, IMO he's the most underrated player on the team and overlooked by too many.
