I wouldn't mind seeing Ricky with the Pats. Send out BB and Pioloi, get them into Ricky's yoga class. . . .

Is he a free agent? What's his status with the league right now?

Maybe we can trade one of our #1 picks for Ricky and the other one for

    Randy Moss.

    #75 Jersey

I can't think of any reason why we shouldn't sign Ricky- today.[IMG]

Why not get Moss, Stallworth and Williams together on the same recruiting trip and bring them to Hempstock.

    Hell no on Williams.

    #61 Jersey

I like and respect Ricky Williams, he is terribly misunderstood. I'd love to see him in a Patriots uniform, but I think he's still property of Miami if/when he returns to the NFL.

Even if we wanted him and he wanted to come here...not sure it would work out. I still remember him doing his interviews with his helmet on cause he didn't like the media....and that was NO and Miami. Not to sure he could handle it here

It should be at a #1 and also throw a #7 in there as a kind gesture to help the Dolphins in their rebuilding process.

Oh wait... we already gave up a #7 to the Fins :bricks:

I don't know if you guys have ever seen the movie Beefest, but at the end of it they suggest that they will be filming a sequel entitled Potfest. Ricky Williams has decided to forgoe his remaining contract with the Miami Dolphins and partake in the acting, directing, and production of this movie to help bring it into the mainstream. Aim high Ricky.

To utter Moss in the same breath as Ricky Williams is not fair to RW. RW is just a little bit "different", and in my belief it's in a good way. Lay off the dope while playing in the league, and I'd take him in a heart beat. I think he's seems like a good person; he's vilafied for no reason. He's not harming anyone, he has learned that there is more to life than football and I respect that tremendously. BB would most likely disagree with me though. . . .:D

Beerfest sucked, I watched about a half an hour, then turned it off and returned it to Netflix. Is that a joke? Sarcasm on your part? If it is either, it's about as funny as Beerfest was. . . . . .

Well they both entered the League's substance abuse policy because of Pot. That is why they were mentioned together. I could go further and talk about the whole quitting on teammates similarities that they also share.

I would not wish the Boston media on Ricky Williams. He needs to sign with Oakland.

Ricky Williams would be nothing but a waste of time and a head ache. The guy has lost his mind. I'd rather have another team deal with him drama.

Yeah, no one understands why he keeps screwing his life up.

Expecting him to change at this point is pure insanity.
