The Fan of the Week question is...
Will the Chargers get their revenge against the Patriots in Week 2?

:rocker: Click Here to see what fans from around the league are saying...

It's funny how the media is pimping the word "revenge" in this REGULAR season game.

Here is the article they have posted on the site for the Game of the Week...

Chargers @ Patriots
Time: 8:15pm Eastern
Network: NBC

Tuesday, September 11, 2007 - When the 2007 schedules came out the San Diego Chargers and New England Patriots circled this game on their calendar. The players from both teams will down play the drama behind this game, but deep down inside it is about redemption for the Chargers and fortitude for the Patriots.

The Chargers are foaming at the mouth to not only generate some offense after being slowed down by the Bears staunch defense in game one, but they are seeking out answers as to why they underperformed in the playoff game last year against the Patriots. The Chargers are looking to gain maturity in big games and this Sunday is as big as they get.

The Patriots have faced heavy scrutiny from their reaction after the playoff game in San Diego to the recent accusations of cheating during the season opener. Super Bowl winners are routinely under the media microscope, because everyone has their eye on beating the "Champs." The New England Patriots are out to prove their mental and emotional strength in facing the Chargers this Sunday.

This game promises to keep you on the edge of your seat with suspense and drama and may very well be won by the play of special teams in the final seconds, similar to last year's playoff game.

Keys to the game
Patriots Offense:
Forget about running the ball. Let Tom Brady work the field with short passes.
Patriots Defense:
Mimic the Bears performance last week. Stack 8 to 9 guys in the box, forcing Rivers to throw.

Chargers Offense:
Establish the run. The Chargers passing game feeds off the running game.
Chargers Defense:
Repeat last week's performance. Bend, but don't break.

I still say we win this game 24 to 17. I just don't see the Chargers beating us in this one.
